Shipping & Returns

Digital patterns are delivered right after purchase — no shipping, no waiting. Because they're instant downloads, they can't be returned, but if anything's wrong with your file just reach out and I'll sort it out.

Physical items are made and packed by hand in Canada and typically ship within a few business days via Canada Post.

Ordering from the US or elsewhere in the world?

I do not currently ship outside of Canada.  When International shipping resumes the information below will apply.

Shipping will take longer due to both distance and customs. Canada Post is very different from UPS — tracking is not offered for a lot of shipping options, and I can't guarantee delivery times because I have no control over how quickly customs approves your items. Thanks for your patience!

Returns: if something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll make it right.
